Shipping Policy

READY TO SHIP: Please allow 2-3 days processing time and an additional 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped excluding weekends and holidays.

CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER: Please allow 4-7 days processing time and an additional 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped excluding weekends and holidays.

 

A lot of times your order may ship after 1-3 business days upon ordering; however, depending on the volume of orders, please allow 5-10 business days (except for pre-orders) to process your order.

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail with a tracking number.  If the shipping address was inputted correctly or you’d like to amend the information, please contact Customer Care immediately Via Email. Changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped. Customers will be responsible for extra fees incurred if delivery was made to an incorrect address.

If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at 800-275-8777 as all packages are insured.
